At Sprout & Sage, we recognize that stress and tension don't just live in your head – they lodge in the body too. In fact, chronic stress can raise your blood pressure, disturb your sleep, intensify pain, and wreak havoc on you. That’s why our approach is integrative. We use somatic techniques (body-centered methods) alongside traditional coaching. Somatic practices involve mindful movement, breathwork, and body awareness exercises that help release pent-up tension and stress held in the Body. This mind-body focus restores balance on a deeper level, so you can feel better, not just think better.

Hi, I'm Krisitna Delvallee, the founder of Sprout & Sage. I’m a certified holistic health coach and personal trainer with a passion for somatic healing and sustainable wellness. After experiencing my own battle with burnout, I discovered the power of holistic and somatic practices in transforming my life. I learned that true wellness isn’t achieved by addressing one aspect of health in isolation – it comes from nurturing every part of yourself. Now, I’ve dedicated my career to helping others do the same. I combine wholistic wellness coaching, fitness training, and nutritional guidance to create personalized programs for my clients. My approach is compassionate, evidence-based, and tailored to your unique journey.
