I created Sprout & Sage to be a safe landing space for the overwhelmed and overextended—the ones who are running on empty but craving more. After facing burnout firsthand, I learned that true healing doesn’t come from quick fixes—it comes from addressing the whole person: mind, body, and nervous system.

With over a decade of experience in fitness and wellness, I now help others reconnect with their energy, intuition, and inner calm. I’m a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Wellness Coach, Certified Nutrition Coach, Registered Yoga Teacher (200HR RYT), and ISSA Certified Pilates Instructor, with a focus in Somatic-based stress relief.

My approach is holistic, trauma-informed, and grounded in real life. I blend movement, mindfulness, and nervous system support to help you heal—not hustle. Whether you’re recovering from burnout or seeking balance in your day-to-day, I’m here to walk with you back to yourself.
