What exactly is holistic wellness coaching?
Holistic wellness coaching looks at your life as a whole — mind, body, and spirit. Instead of just managing symptoms, we get to the root of what's draining or disconnecting you. We’ll explore things like burnout, boundaries, energy patterns, routines, and self-trust. My approach integrates somatic tools, mindset work, and sustainable lifestyle shifts to support you in feeling better and staying well.

How do somatic practices fit in?
Somatic simply means “of the body.” When we’ve been stuck in stress or survival mode, the body holds onto that tension. I’ll guide you through gentle practices — like breathwork, grounding exercises, or mindful movement — that help you reconnect with your body and regulate your nervous system. These tools can support anxiety relief, trauma healing, and emotional processing in a safe and supportive way.

What happens during a discovery call?
A discovery call is a 20–30 minute Zoom session where we get to know each other. You’ll share a bit about what’s going on for you, and I’ll walk you through how I work. There’s no pressure — it’s simply a chance to explore if my offerings are the right fit for your needs.

Do you offer packages or just single sessions?
Both! Many clients begin with a single paid consult or discovery call, and then move into a package for deeper, ongoing support. I offer flexible programs (coaching, personal training, or a combination) that we customize based on your availability, budget, and goals.

What kinds of clients do you work with?
I work with burnt-out professionals, high-achievers in transition, women recovering from stress or illness, wellness seekers craving a reset, and anyone looking to reconnect with their body. All bodies, identities, and backgrounds are welcome here.

Are all sessions virtual?
Yes — all services are currently offered via Zoom. This gives you flexibility and access from wherever you are, whether that’s your living room, office, or cozy corner of a coffee shop.

What if I don’t know where to start?
That’s exactly what the discovery call is for. You don’t need to figure it all out beforehand. Just show up as you are — even if all you know is “I’m tired and I need support.” We’ll figure out the next steps together.

Is this therapy?
No. While my work can be deeply healing, it is not a substitute for clinical therapy or mental health treatment. I often work alongside therapy (especially somatic or trauma-informed care), and am happy to refer you if needed.

What’s your cancellation or refund policy?
Cancellations require 24 hours' notice. For paid sessions, refunds are not offered for no-shows or late cancellations, but rescheduling is available if needed. I understand life happens — just communicate with me, and we’ll work it out.

Do you work with people outside the U.S.?
Yes! As long as time zones can align, I welcome international clients.
